Lisa's in - laws let us stay at their house while we were on vacation. Their house was so nice. I loved it. It was huge and everything was in its place. She is a very good decorator. We had a great time together and we appreciate them letting us borrow their house.

Surprises!
So, I came home from Denver to a bunch of nice surprises. I was greeted at the airport with red roses and when we walked in the house it was very clean. The boys cleaned and planned to make me a dinner. The table was set already with more flowers. Jon made me Filet Mignon with sweet potatoes and pasta salad and fruit salad. It was a great surprise and it was yummy. As if that wasn't enough, Jon bought me a new pair of shoes as a surprise. Is he not the sweetest? I think so! What a good example to Jobi of what he needs to do when he is grown up and married.

Lisa + Heather = Fun, Fun, Fun!
Lisa and I had so much fun in Denver this weekend. We shopped and shopped until we dropped. We also talked and talked until Lisa lost her voice. I think fun was had by us both.
The weather was so nice and so sunny.
We ate a lot while we were in Denver. This was actually vegetarian double chocolate cake and a cupcake. It was pretty good.
Lisa is 6 feet tall and I am 5 foot 4. I am always hanging around with tall people. Lisa is such a great person. She is so loving and always aware of people's feelings. She is such a great mom and friend. She is my family. I think we were meant to be best friends forever. It is hard to find someone who you can relate to so easily and get along with so well. I love you Lisa!
I caught a picture while she wasn't looking and she never even caught me! Surprise!

Denver
WooHoo! As Erin would say. I am visiting my friend Lisa in Denver until Sunday. We are having so much fun so far. Yesterday we went and had some make up testing done at the MAC store. It was fun to try different make up on. Today we are having an hour long massage and an hour long pedicure and a little eyebrow waxing. We are pretty much just relaxing a lot.

More SeaWorld
What can you say about Jon, really? He is a weird one.
We just spotted Shamu before we actually got to see the show. It was awesome. Jon and Jobi absolutely loved it. We had a great time.
Petting the dolphins was so cool. They came up to us and let us touch them and they actually acted like they liked it. They felt like rubber, but different. I can't wait to go do it again.
Doesn't he act like he likes it?
They were so cute and it was so much fun. We are planning on going again for Jobi's birthday in October if anyone wants to go with us.

I forgot to show SeaWorld!
So I was looking at pictures to put on my Facebook page and realized that I never did show our pictures from SeaWorld. Pretty airheaded. So this picture is when we first got to SeaWorld and we went to the dolphin show. We sat pretty high up in the soak zone thinking we wouldn't get wet.
Well, we all didn't get wet. Just Jon got soaked! It was so funny. I thought it was also funny that we were at the dolphin show and there was one part in the show where a pilot whale came out and splashed the crowd. The whale was the one who got Jon wet. I think it is ironic that the whale splashed Jon and his company is named after a whale. Weird. Maybe it is just me.
Jobi eating cotton candy, waiting for Shamu to come out.
Shamu
I can't believe that the keep the manatees outside with no water! They get pretty banged up with all the kids riding on their backs.

Life in Colorado
When we lived in Colorado, the snow was non stop. This picture is off our top deck out the back yard. I liked living in Colorado, but one thing I really didn't like was how long winter was. We lived at 9000 elevation and the snow never stopped. This deck actually got ripped off because the snow came rushing off the roof and tore it off.
We lived in this house for almost 3 years. It looked like a little cabin in the woods. It was a fun adventure.
I think the dogs and Jobi all loved Colorado a lot. We hated how far apart we were from family, but it all worked out because now we live so close.
