Huntington Beach

This is Jobi's first time at the beach and he really liked.  It was pretty cold and a bit windy, but he had fun.  He found some shells on the beach and wanted to keep them.
We got to the beach in just enough time before the sun went down.  It was really pretty and we even saw some surfers.
Tomorrow we go to Disneyland so keep posted for those pics!

I got my nails done!

I got a gift certificate to get my nails done from my friend Becky Sorensen for my birthday!  I finally got them done yesterday.  I really like them.  I did them short so it didn't feel so weird at first.  Thanks Becky!  You are a great friend.

I took my wedding ring off to take the picture because I know my sisters would make fun of me. Don't act so shocked!  You know the picture I am talking about.  Hair ribbons.

Some Random photos

This a rare picture of all the kids.  Unfortunately Reese and Dylan weren't born yet.  This is also the day we found out Erin was the prettiest out of us all!

This is one of my favorite pictures.  We had a really fun time and the only thing missing that day was Kate.  I think she was still pregnant.
I also love this picture of Chad and Kate and Jobi.  Where has the time gone?  Jobi is so big now!  I can hardly lift him now.
This is Jon's favorite picture of my grandpa.  My grandparents came to Colorado to see us and we went out to eat.  I don't remember anything special that caused the look on grandpa's face.  It is pretty funny though.

Oh no, I found some more!

I spy some more drill team poses!  That's our Erin.
Wow Kate, you have a big mouth!  Everyone is talking about it.
I love the face you are pulling.  I think I have a pretty good idea who you are imitating.
Unfortunately there are no pictures of Jon and I with the hats on.  I was bummed about that!

January Part 2

I wonder who in this picture was in the Madison High School Drillteam.  Show us your moves Erin.

I forced my grandparents to each wear the hat for the pictures.  They were really good sports.

We love you both so much!  They couldn't get any cuter.

January

So January is a hard month for me.  I always just feel like hanging around and not doing anything.  That makes blogging a little hard because nothing is going on.  I decided to go through some old pictures to post.  I took these pictures probably 4 years ago and haven't done anything with them yet.  So here they are.  Jobi with his patriotic hat.

This is the nerdy couple.  The picture that I wanted to post would not have made Joey very happy.  So this will have to do.

Mom and Dad have a very creative pose!  I especially love the location of Bubba's nose.
(I pushed a button and now I can't figure out why everything is underlined.)

This is another nerdy couple in my family.  They did some single shots too, but this is a classic shot for them.

What?  This is the way he always acts!  He is a crazy knife man.  What can he cut for you?

Big dog in a little bed

Quincy was on Wagner's bed and he is too good to sleep on the floor, so he crawled into Ruby's bed.  It was pretty funny to see.  Jon and I were laughing so hard and Wagner just stayed there for a long time.  It reminded me of the saying, "Fat guy in a little suit."
