Priest Lake Camping Trip 2011

I love this picture for some reason. Jon doesn't really see it, but I really just love this pic.
Jon was telling me about this stretch that he uses all the time for his low back. My back was hurting from camping for so long and it was hurting before too! While I was trying it he of course took a picture. It looks like I'm doing yoga or something!
I love this picture! It was our first night on our trip and we went and ate at Lolo Creek Steakhouse. It was one of our favorite places to eat when we lived there 12 years ago.
My pictures are out of order, but you get the general idea! Jobi wanted me to bury him in the sand at the beach at Priest Lake. It looked like he really enjoyed it!
I only showered every 2 days on this camping trip. This was after huckleberry picking one day and we were going out to eat.
This one is just a classic picture of Ruby. I don't even think this is from camping, but I had to share it!
It looks like this picture should be called, Bed Head Yoga, but I didn't exercise on this trip! It's me and the girls, Ruby and Haines.
Jon and Jobi playing in the water!
The classic shot I take every time we are there. Why do I look the same as 2 years ago? I think I might have to change my hair do!
It is so pretty here. I love it!
This is Jobi sitting by the fire with his head lamp on and his DS open and he was writing stuff down off of his DS. I thought it was funny because he can't just sit and enjoy the scenery!
Jon and his hot puppy!
Look at those colors. This is one of my favorite pictures of the trip. It is just so pretty up there in the summer. There was a sign there this year that dogs aren't allowed in the water. I don't know why. Someone always has to ruin it for others. Quincy loved to swim in that lake over the years and Wagner too. Ruby learned to swim there 3 or 4 years ago.
Jobi was obsessed with the beach. He loved it! I can't wait to take him to Hawaii someday.
Haines climbed on the firewood and took a nap. She is so weird!
Awe, look at my boys. Aren't they cute? I think so. This was at one of the RV parks we stayed at. I think in Coeur d'Alene, ID.
I love this picture of my Bostons. They move around so much, I can't believe I got one of them.
Jonny and his driving buddy. She has grown so much since this trip and it wasn't even a month ago!
Jon loved this sign at the RV park in Missoula. We had to get a picture!
Here is my favorite boy. He had a great trip. We all did.
Here is a different version of the classic one.
Beautiful Lolo, Montana. It is so pretty there all the time. So many colors. Thanks for looking!

Summer Camping Trips

For our 2nd family camping trip this year, we invited Jobi's best friend, Brynlee. They played and played and had so much fun. I felt like I had a daughter. It was a lot of fun!
Jonny in his chair, having a cup of Joe.
The kids enjoyed some popsicles. We have a freezer in our camper that lets us bring a few frozen treats with us, which is really nice when its hot.
Here is our little Jobi enjoying his popsicle.
The kids rode their bikes and played catch on our little paved street.
Jon and Ruby enjoying the fire.
We have never leashed our dogs up when we go camping in campgrounds. Every once and awhile we would put a leash on them and just make them walk around with them on. Well, the camp hosts at this joint were pretty persistent about it. They told us if they had to tell us again we would be kicked out. She was pretty hard to understand the first time because I couldn't hardly understand her through her mouth with no teeth in it! So, of course, we forgot the leashes. Jon had some old parachute rope in the camper and thats what we used. It was so funny because Ruby and Quincy were like, "what the heck is this all about." They looked like some white trash hillbilly dogs!
Here is Ruby's rope. Happy right?

We had a great time and Jobi and Brynlee were great kids. She is welcome with us anytime!

More Family Camping Pictures

This is a shockingly rare photo of Jaren petting a dog. He was actually just checking out her old lady eyes. Cute picture none the less.
Cole and Sawyer's side profile. I just thought you wanted to see them from the side!
It's my sweetie pie!
Here is normal Kate.
Here is weirdo Kate.
And here is freaky, alien Kate.
A pretty little camper named, Crafty Joey.
This young man's name is Chazz. It's really my sister Erin, but the whole weekend she looked like a man. I think Kate has a way funnier picture of her. It was a fun time.
Uncle Jon really likes to freak out the little boys by throwing them up in the air really high. They love it and keep coming back for more. It is funny to see their faces after ward. On your mark,
Get set,

Go
And go more!

Family Camping

We try to get together with my side of the family for camping every year. This year we had a great time again of course. We had pretty good weather and the cousins all had a lot of fun with each other. Here are some photos of the big event.
Smoky crafting.
A worn out Hainsie May sleeping in a chair.
A couple of bums by the fire.
Here is Erin being a big busted dork. We were breakfast buddies and so we were just doing our cooking duties.
Here are some crazies we came upon. They were flashing gang signs at us.

The two pimps hanging out together.

Erin cooking.
Look at those cute kids of mine!
A giant and his baby. Boston's get pretty cold when the sun goes down. Jon loves his new baby anyway. Cute!
