I forgot to show SeaWorld!

So I was looking at pictures to put on my Facebook page and realized that I never did show our pictures from SeaWorld.  Pretty airheaded.  So this picture is when we first got to SeaWorld and we went to the dolphin show.  We sat pretty high up in the soak zone thinking we wouldn't get wet.
Well, we all didn't get wet.  Just Jon got soaked!  It was so funny.  I thought it was also funny that we were at the dolphin show and there was one part in the show where a pilot whale came out and splashed the crowd.  The whale was the one who got Jon wet.  I think it is ironic that the whale splashed Jon and his company is named after a whale.  Weird.  Maybe it is just me.
Jobi eating cotton candy, waiting for Shamu to come out.
Shamu
I can't believe that the keep the manatees outside with no water!  They get pretty banged up with all the kids riding on their backs.

Life in Colorado

When we lived in Colorado, the snow was non stop.  This picture is off our top deck out the back yard.  I liked living in Colorado, but one thing I really didn't like was how long winter was.  We lived at 9000 elevation and the snow never stopped.  This deck actually got ripped off because the snow came rushing off the roof and tore it off.
We lived in this house for almost 3 years.  It looked like a little cabin in the woods.  It was a fun adventure.
I think the dogs and Jobi all loved Colorado a lot.  We hated how far apart we were from family, but it all worked out because now we live so close.

I was just running out of new things to post, so I looked in the past and found these cute pics.
Enjoy!

Vignettes

Jon had me audition for a part in a little commercial called a vignette for a product he is doing an infomercial for.  I got the part and had to film my vignette on Wednesday.  It was a really different experience for me and I was really nervous.  The product is called a yourstory.  You can check out other people's vignettes if you want to on www.tellsomeoneyourstory.com.  Jobi is in the one with the grandma baking cookies.  He is a talented little man.  So, my story was about all my crafting ideas.  In these pictures I have a sample of a bracelet I made awhile ago and some picture frames I made and gave away for Christmas gifts.  This is what I talked about in my vignette.  Look for me in an infomercial in April or May on your infomercial station!  I will keep you posted on when and where.

P.S.  I am glad that Kate and mom are back from their trips!

Out on the farm

We went out to go feed the horses and we let the goat out to help.  Her name is Shabby and she thinks she is a dog.  She just followed with them.  It was so funny to see her run.  Let's just say she isn't built like a dog and her tail should go down and not up.  Weird!
This is Alice.  She is a 24 year old donkey that my parents rescued.  Her feet curl because the people that owned her before never cut her hooves.  It is pretty sad, but happy now.
Isn't she cute?  How can you resist this face?

J and H

One of the main reasons for my visit to Rexburg was because my best friend from high school, Jill Huskinson Shirley, was in town for her brothers reception.  We have kept in touch all these years and every time we see each other, it never feels like we have been apart.  Although we didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked together,  we had a good visit.  I wish I could see her more often.  I love ya J!

Rexburg

I was just in Rexburg this weekend and spent Saturday night at my parents house.  We were just hanging out and eating pizza.  I got a photo of Kate in her usual pose....nursing mother!  My mom made all of the grandkids flannel pillowcases for Valentines Day and gave them some candy.  Reese was eating her ring sucker and was letting me take her picture.  She is such a cute little girl.  She is always so photogenic.

Sweet like sugar!

Kate's visit

Kate and her kids came to visit me for a few days because Cole was out of town and she just loves me.  So I had to take  a picture of Reese's cute outfit.  She is a little princess.......just ask her!  If you say, "You look so pretty today" she will say, "no, I look like a princess!"  She is a cutie pie.
Don't you think I forgot about my nephew Ryker.  He came along and we had a few adventures.  We had a good time and can't wait for Kate and her family to come again and for longer next time.

We all went out to eat and ate too much!  It was good.

More California

The theme parks finally got to Jobi.  I think he lost it!
The Dumbo ride was one of Jobi's favorite rides.  He is a real thrill seeker.  His other favorite ride was the Pirates of the Caribbean.
He was so mad we made him ride Splash Mountain one more time and to top it all off he got soaked.  Mostly soaked all in his jeans, which made it worse.
This is Jon and I on the Ferry at Disneyland.  Jobi was too busy enjoying the view!
Jon and Jobi and California Adventure.  They were both ready to go back to the hotel at this point.  Party Animals!

Disneyland

This is the Autopia ride at Disneyland.  The line was the longest out of all the lines we stood in.  It was fun, but it felt like we were driving in real California traffic.  Jobi liked it.
The whole time we were driving he kept telling me he wanted me to drive.  I was already doing the gas and brake.  He is such a cutie pie!
Jobi and I after Autopia.  The Matterhorn in the background was the first ride we did in Disney.
Jobi kind of got forced into taking these photos.  The characters don't talk so they just came up and you could tell Jobi didn't want to be anywhere near them, but I hurried and snapped a shot.
This is the view from our hotel room balcony.  It was really pretty in California.  It made us all want spring to be here already.  The whole reason we went to California was for Jon's work.  He had to go to a convention for Provo Craft called CHA.  Jobi and I went to go visit him and check out the show and we got escorted out of the building.  I guess you have to be 14 or older to be there.  When the guy told us we couldn't be in the show, he said he had to escort us off the property and he did.  It was awkward and Jobi was embarrassed.  We had a good time on our trip anyway.
